Hyatt Place Gothenburg Central

Location is excellent. There's no station noise. Left for Copenhagen for one day. convenient 3 minutes from the train. rooms have everything. not always the staff are aware of the refrigerator. bathroom floor is heated. There's a towel dryer. have to be turned on because they're electric. reception staff always solves your problems... There's one more plus. You can drink tap water without hesitation. It's a Scandinavian style. There are more than enough shops and catering outlets at the station. From the restaurant to the shops with the ability to put together any salad. On the whole, price-quality ratio is excellent. All neighbouring hotels are about 75% more expensive.

There's no cleaning. There's dirt on the floor. I even took it as a memento. Wet cleaning was once in 12 days. The bed was broken and had to be repaired every day. Inside, there's terrible mud under the mattress. Every time they offered to change the room, but we didn't want to move. There was a very good view from the window. At the end of Christmas and New Year holidays, the manager fixed the bed in 15 minutes. There was just no one else to fix it... There was a leak on the floor, the consequences of which were fought for a week. The Wai Fai Internet required authorization every time. which is inconvenient, but those are the rules. The underwear was changed all the time. It made up for the lack of cleaning. The staff treated everything with an understanding of the holidays. Swedish socialism is not so bad for employees.

Functional property, fairly clean, very efficient service and GOOD value. Extremely friendly and excellent staff, smooth check in at 15:00. Comfortable quiet room with the bathroom, a fridge, a great view, complimentary drinks in the on-site bar. Particularly good location, a main street and an opera house next to the building. Located next to pubs and cafes.

Try to inquire about the newly renovated rooms on higher floors for a more comfortable stay.

Incredible and easy location a minute walk from city centre. Very good service within 20 km of the airport. Silent room and satisfactory and healthy breakfast to start the day.

Convenient Location with a Few Quirks

I loved the spacious room and the convenience of being right above the train station. The breakfast selection was excellent, and the indoor courtyard provided a unique vibe. I do wish the A/C worked better, and the reception staff could use a bit more warmth. Worth a stay!
